StoreShots AI provides an online tool to generate App Store and Play Store screenshots, ASO copy suggestions, and export-ready listing assets. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and only with content you have rights to use.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
3. Credits and generation
Credits are consumed according to the pricing rules published on the site. Generated assets are provided as tools to help you prepare store listings. We do not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval, ranking, or conversion outcomes.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Credit pack terms and refund eligibility are described on the pricing page and in product FAQs. Contact support if you believe a purchase was made in error.
5. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of your uploads and app materials. You grant us permission to process uploads solely to provide generation, storage, export, and support. You must have rights to all content you upload.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or misleading content; attempt to disrupt the platform; or misuse credits, APIs, or generation systems.
7. Limitation of liability
StoreShots AI is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, store rejection, lost revenue, or listing performance outcomes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if use threatens service integrity.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
